Our client wanted to convert his outdated semi-detached property into a modern 4 bedroom family house. We designed it to include a double storey side extension, a ground floor kitchen extension and front porch. The house would be completed with a modern white render and anthracite grey windows giving it a much more up-to-date contemporary look and feel. We obtained planning approval for this property which would enhance the existing street scene.
